LETTER FROM EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF LIBACCO

By, Eskine Wollie

On behalf of myself and the elected officials, I wish to extend our appreciation for giving us the opportunity to lead the organization for the next few years.

We promise faithfully to serve this community and organization with all available resources to our disposals. The absolute interest of LIBACCO is our main goal. With many great opportunities we have in our community, we need to develop a very strong outreach among ourselves and take full responsibilities to get involved in our community association. It will be very advantageous to be unified as a community with social learning center to promote our youth in many aspects; especially in education and other social programs.

Because our organization depends on the interest and involvement of our young people in this community, reaching out to our young group, who rarely participates in local community events, will be crucial and necessary. This is why we need to work efficiently and effectively to reconnect with them and other Liberian organizations. Throughout the campaign, I promised to bring change and improvements to the functions and goals of the organization as Chairman. Along with that, other officials are working diligently for the following improvements for the organization.

A: We want to establish a Liberian Center for community affairs that will give us the opportunity to promote educational encompassing of adult literacy.

B: Integrate our Immigrants into the work force to be a contributor to any society in the United States. This center will be an achievement for our youth and seniors who will enjoy the facility through enrichment programs. It will also help working families to meet and share common goals and stories.

C: This center will be a major source of income for our organization and community.

D: Minimal improvements to our financial development and activities as well as reports will be understood and transparent. We will continue to develop a system of procedures for the organization.

LIBACCO HAS BEGIN WORKING ON PLANS TO BUILD A COMMUNITY CENTER TO LAUNCH ALL ITS COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

By, Mr. Richelieu P. Rancy, MBA
Chairman of LIBACCO Building Committee.

My goal as chairman of LIBACCO building committee is to integrate members of the organization comprising of the brightest minds in our community that share the same passions and visions of the organization. The center focus of this committee is to initiate ways we can raise capital to build our community center where we can host activities for the organization and it will serve as the central office of operation for LIBACCO.

This committee will set long and short range goals, develop plans and execute these plans to jump start the building process once the capital becomes available to carry out the project. The ownership of LIBACCO's building of operation is critical to the success of the organization. It will serve as one of the main sources of revenue for Libacco.
